Adam has been with JPS for 8 years and started as a senior QS when the business was in its early stages.

Adam now holds the position of Director and shareholder and is a great asset to the business and is key to taking the business forward. During the time Adam has been with the business JPS have grown at times 30 % year on year and Adam has played a large part in promoting and maintaining that.

Adam has experience in both social housing and the commercial sectors of the industry, and has implemented a number of systems to the business to improve efficiencies.

Adam, whilst commercially biased, also looks after the interests of the business and supports operations as well as manages commercial and accounts teams. Adam has 15 years experience in the industry and has worked for major clients and SMEs over his career.

Outside of work Adam and his wife have a young daughter who keeps them busy and on their toes. As a family they enjoy walks and the park and Adam himself loves most sports however especially football and boxing.
